Many individuals lead their lives without intention, but discovering your "WHY" can help guide you towards purpose in both your professional and personal life. This class is meant to assist individuals, whether they be entrepreneurs, leaders, team members, or those seeking direction, in uncovering their personal purpose, cause, or belief. The class encourages openness, sharing personal experiences, and trust in the process. Participants will be guided through the process and supported throughout the journey of discovering their "WHY."
Finite games, such as football or chess, have defined players, established rules, and a clear conclusion. The outcome of these games results in clear winners and losers. Infinite games, like business, politics, and life, have fluid players, adaptable rules, and no set end point. Instead of winners and losers, there is only progress and regression in an infinite game.
This class is intended to apply the principles of infinite games, as outlined in Simon's book or videos, to personal life, relationships, and career. Adopting an infinite mindset leads to stronger, more innovative and inspiring teams, organizations, careers and lives. Those who adopt this mindset are the ones who pave the way for the future.
Are you and your team looking to create positive change and growth within your workplace? This class is designed to help teams establish a culture of safety, vulnerability, and candor. A team is any group of individuals working towards a shared goal or objective, and they can be found in all types of organizations, businesses, and aspects of life. Trust is crucial for a team's success, but how can it be effectively implemented?
This interactive class builds on the ideas presented in Simon's books "The Infinite Game" and "Leaders Eat Last," as well as Rich Diviney's book "The Attributes." It delves into the key elements needed for building trust and provides practical, actionable steps that can lead to long-term, sustainable results for both leadership and the team as a whole.
Leadership is not about having power over others, it is about taking responsibility for those under your guidance. Anyone can develop the skills to be a great leader, as long as they are willing to put in the effort.
This class will examine and apply the ideas presented in Simon Sinek's best-selling book, "Leaders Eat Last: Why Some Teams Pull Together and Others Don't." We will explore the concepts and practices that differentiate teams that succeed and remain united from those that struggle despite having incentives, talent, and opportunities.
When leaders create a suitable environment for their team, individuals naturally support one another. Caring leadership enables teams to overcome obstacles and thrive in today's competitive marketplace. When everyone feels a sense of belonging and is able to work towards a shared purpose, the potential for success is limitless.
